Equipping a team
The online checkout takes one unit at a time. For two or more, place a reserve order on the store: it charges nothing. We confirm stock and delivery, then send your company one payment request for the whole order. Tell us in the order notes that you want to pay through Billie.
How it works
1. Place the order
Fill in the order form on ghostwire.store, in pounds. It asks where to deliver.
2. Open the checkout
Press “Continue to secure checkout”. Stripe runs the payment page.
3. Choose Billie
Enter your company name, registered address and company number. Billie runs an automated check and answers at checkout.
4. Pay in 30 days
Billie invoices your company, and you pay Billie by bank transfer.
Questions
- Who can use Billie?
- UK registered companies buying for the business, paying in pounds. You need your company number. Billie makes the decision, not GhostWire, and we cannot promise an approval.
- Does it cost more?
- Not from us. The price is the same however you pay, and we add no charge for using Billie. Billie shows its own terms, including what happens if a payment is late, before you confirm.
- What if Billie says no?
- Nothing is charged. The same checkout takes card, PayPal and Revolut Pay, and we can invoice your company for payment by bank transfer.
- Is there a spending limit?
- Billie decides how much each company can order on terms. If an order is not approved, nothing is charged and you can pay another way.
